Yes. We can ship your mold to any factory worldwide at any time. No restrictions, no contractual holdbacks.
What is the difference between aluminum and steel molds?
Aluminum molds cost less and build faster but wear out after 1,000 to 10,000 shots — best for small batch validation. Steel molds cost more and take longer but last 100,000+ shots — best for confirmed demand and volume production.
How do I get an injection molding online quote?
Submit your design files (STEP, IGES, DXF, or PDF drawings), target material, surface finish, and quantity. We send back an itemized quote within 48 hours.
How long from design approval to first molded parts?
Steel mold manufacturing: 4 to 6 weeks. First article sample review: 1 to 2 weeks. Production run and shipping: 2 to 3 weeks. Total: approximately 7 to 11 weeks from quote approval to delivered parts.
